In the 1950s, after 27 years on ships and facing retirement, Antonio Locci, the son of winemakers, begins the company’s activities, delivering wines in carboys, with his brother.

Today, the distribution network extends throughout Sardinia with wine bars and other wine bottling companies. The next objective of Azienda Locci Zuddas Antonio is to create a quality label with bottles to be exported in various world markets.

Taking advantage of the ideal location, the Museum of Fine Arts of Montréal, we prepared a tribute to 11 of the greatest contemporary painters, trying to imagine how they would have interpreted, in their own style, a bottle and a glass of wine. We then associate each artist with the 11 wineries participating in the second edition of the “Wine and Travel Italy Roadshow”.

For the initiative “11 artists for 11 vineyards”, the Antonio Locci Zuddas company was paired with the artist Pollock.”
